Specialised positioning on the unique Elemis beanbag is used to ensure the ultimate in safety, comfort and relaxation. Helping to relieve tension in the back and alleviating swelling in the hands and feet, while easing the mind and uplifting the spirit.

Contra Indications:
We recommend that guests do not have Mother to be Massage if you suffer from the following conditions:
• Any complications arising as a result of pregnancy requires the permission of your GP before we can undertake any form of treatment.
• History of previous mis-carriages
• Open cuts and abrasions – the area affected will need to be avoided
• Recent operations (within 3 months)
• Undiagnosed oedema
• Infectious skin diseases
• Severe sunburn
• Chronic or inflamed back conditions
• Severe varicose veins – the area affected will need to be avoided
• Cancer – only with the permission of your medical practitioner
• Acute Cold and Flu symptoms

A Nurturing Mother-to-be Massage and Sole Grooming for feet provide a sublime way to spend the day taking some precious time before baby. This beautifully executed massage works in harmony with your baby. Includes a one course light lunch full of nutrients, with a sweet indulgence and smoothie of the day.

Please note that we do not advise Mothers-to-be to use the Rasul, Saunarium, Aromatherapy room, Salt vapour room and outdoor hot-tub. You are welcome to use the Monsoon shower, Ice cave, Foot spas and outdoor heated pool plus our beautiful relaxation room, spa-tisserie and juice bar
