We contacted Neil Howard who has 27 years of international 5 star spa's within a hotel experience. Neil visits us in Yorkshire with his team, to offer his guidance more than anything, we had already pre-formed ideas and concepts of the layouts and design, Neil helps enormously with the practicalities, ensuring our ideas would work in the business sense and in the overall journey the customer receives.

Howard Consulting is led by Neil Howard who always ensures that he is personally involved with 'the details', providing us with direct and continuous access to someone who has developed a reputation for his attention to detail. This fits with the Feversham Arms Hotel and Verbena Spa's ethos beautifully.
